This workshop is for Italian speakers of all levels and focuses on Italian cooking and dinner planning conversations, using Anne Bianchi’s Italian Festival Foods: Recipes and Traditions from Italy’s Regional Country Food Fairs. Students will work in pairs to present the recipes they have chosen and present the dinner they have made through basic Italian conversations, with emphasis on past and future tenses. The instructor will provide basic Italian conversation worksheets, with cooking and dinner nouns and verbs.
