This is a continuation course to Small Business Bootcamp II. This course will help you write your business plan, which includes a financial plan, SWOT analysis, marketing plan, executive summary and a pitch deck. Topics include target market segmentation, business budgeting, profit and loss statements, funding sources, competitor analysis, marketing analysis, supplier process, overhead costs, product costs, social media marketing, website creation, and business contracts. Students will create a PowerPoint presentation for their final projects. All students will receive a business development consultation. This course is taught by an instructor who has many years of government and business development experience in northern Virginia.
