Have you thought about starting a side business? A small business can provide substantial income, a rewarding career, and financial freedom for future generations. This is a continuation course to Small Business Bootcamp II. This course will help you write your business plan, which includes a financial plan, SWOT analysis, marketing plan, executive summary and a pitch deck. Topics include SWOT analysis, marketing analysis, target market segmentation, business budgeting, profit and loss statements, funding sources, competitor analysis, marketing analysis, supplier process, overhead costs, product costs, social media marketing, website creation and business contracts. Students will create a PowerPoint presentation for their final project. All students will receive a business development consultation. This course is taught by an instructor that has many years of government and business development experience in Northern Virginia.
