This course is for new Italian speakers and will cover chapters 1 through 10 in Cristina Mazzoni’s Italian Made Simple, 2nd edition, and will explore the foods, wines, festivals and folklore of ten Italian regions from the Alps to Venice all the way to the beaches of Rimini and hills of Tuscany.
