This is a continuation course to Small Business Bootcamp I. This course will teach you how to improve your business model to increase sales. You will evaluate your business goals and complete or revise your current business plan. Additional topics include creating a budget, understanding social media marketing strategies, generating sales, the importance of business insurance, federal income taxes, networking, government contracting, and business registration. All students will receive a business development consultation. This course is taught by an instructor who has many years of government and business development experience in northern Virginia. Guest speakers will provide insights to help students present final products.
