Boost your workplace language skills. This course will cover: Workplace vocabulary and communication, speaking in professional situations, email, phone and customer service etiquette. Interview language and resume vocabulary. For adults working in healthcare, retail, construction, customer service, transportation and logistics, corporate and legal professions.
